All appointments will be prioritized for members, resulting in shorter wait times for appointments and exclusive access to after-hours and weekend emergency hours.

- Test Unit from Thermostat to Ensure Proper Operation
- Test Zones & Zone Valves/Circulators
- Clean & Check Burner Assembly/Cabinet
- Inspect Overall Condition of Unit
- Inspect for Leaks
- Inspect Electrical Connections
- Check Safeties
- Check Expansion Tank (If applicable)
- Check Pressure/Gauges
- Inspect/Clean flame sensor
- Check Condensate Pump/Neutralizer (If applicable)

This assessment includes:
- Test all GFCI circuits/devices.
- Test all AFCI circuits/devices.
- Check all devices are rigidly mounted. (Plugs, switches, plates)
- Check all service equipment hot spots.
- Check all service equipment for corrosion, metal fatigue, proper torque of terminations.
- Check function of all light fixtures.
- Check function of all receptacles.
- Check function of all emergency systems. (Sump pumps, smoke detectors, generators, etc.)
