Boston Standard offers expert advice and thorough diagnosis of the problems. They provide accurate estimates. The installations, repairs, and investigations are completed in the timeframe they promise or sometimes in less time. Boston Standard always cleans up the work area very well. They also follow Covid protocols and wear those booties over their shoes whenever working inside. I live in an area where traffic is busy and parking is tight. However, their technicians never complain about parking or ask me to save one for them (although I try). I highly recommend Boston Standard for HVAC installation, repairs, and diagnosis. After being so disappointed with so many other contractors I won’t consider using anyone else. Their team will take great care of you whether it is the courteous people answering the phone, the great technicians like Wilfred and Tim, or the managers like Joseph or Mike.
