I’ve dealt with 5 different HVAC companies in the last ten years for my house, and Boston Standard easily stood out from the rest. Most recently, my furnace failed on one of the coldest days of the year, and on a Saturday no less. I wasn’t, at that time, a “preferred customer” so I didn’t get priority service, but I ended up troubleshooting my problems on the phone with the owner of the company. I got things fixed, and he’s got my loyalty, and I’m now subscribing to their preferred customer program because I now truly trust the quality and ethics of this company. I’ve also been learning a lot about HVAC over the years and everything they’ve done seems to be good judgement and high quality. Other companies took shortcuts or did sloppy work.
