I called the company because my AC was not cooling. A technician came after two days and told me the AC was working but weak. He left without providing any solution. The thermostat still read 81 degrees although the setting was 72. (How can you say it’s working?!) Very doubtful about their ability. I later called the customer service regarding a dispatch/trip charge of $159, which I kindly asked if they could give me a one-time courtesy waiver since I just paid $40,000 to them recently on a heating/hot water system. Not only were they unwilling to waiver the fee or give me a break, but the representative hung up on me after saying “You don’t talk over me.” This behavior was childish and unprofessional. The responder to my review accused me being “abusive” after an insincere apology. What kind of response can be more lame and more confrontational than that? My experience with them was nothing but frustrations. Who needs it? Hopefully they will make effort to improve their services.
