Boston Standard installed a system of mini-split ductless heat pumps in my old two family home. Each person in this process – the initial meeting and estimate, the application for a loan from Mass Save, the installation and follow up – was a helpful and knowledgeable professional. I had complete confidence in each member of the team and each did a great job, answering my many, many questions and taking the time needed to make sure everything was in order and that I understood it all.
Communication with the office and technicians was always prompt and helpful and the office was always available to discuss my questions. Technicians arrived when scheduled and someone contacted me if there were any delays. I have no concerns about what the future will hold in terms of service if it is needed.
