I’ve had to use many contractors over the years and by far Boston Standard has renewed my faith. Finally a company that is truly customer oriented. Their overall work is phenomenal, but its the small details that most other companies overlook where Boston Standard excels themselves to be better than the rest. Their care for your property, like it was their own, truly puts you at ease. Their diligence in explaining problems, potential problems and presenting the customer with different options far surpasses what I’m use to with contractors who typically try to sell you the worse case scenario and charge you considerably higher prices than original estimate.
Boston Standard came in and replaced my kitchen sink plumbing, toilet and bath tub plumbing quickly, efficiently and most importantly right. All along with a good sense of humor great attitudes.
Well worth every penny.
