Normally I have had a good experience with this company but recently, they installed a new furnace. The mine team got the job done in a timely manner. After rewarding the job it was completed in a week. Usually unheard of. My issue is and I work with these folks a lot is, the furnace wasn’t performing or marching what the thermostat called for initially. When they came back to check on it, which they did right away, we thought we could trust them to lock up the residence when they were done and leave the site as the found it. When we checked after, the front door was wide open, both cats where in the hallway. One we weren’t happy the installation obviously wasn’t finished since it wasn’t working properly after they left and when they came back they left us with little trust in their staff. I know they can do better but since they insist we leave a review, I need to voice our experience. I hope next time, we will see better service. Maybe this is a sign of the times…
