I am very pleased with the service received from Boston Standard Company. The Office personal keeps in touch with you daily. They advise you each step that’s being taken. They made it very easy for me to get things done quickly and with no worries. A tech assisted me with going online with MassSave, giving bank contacts, and gave us a rundown of what was going to be done. The techs who installed my unit, I’m not sure if I could give out their names, Victor and Brandon (heating system, hot water heater and thermostats) were wonderful. They were on time each day, they cleaned up behind themselves, they were very professional and polite. They did an awesome job and we are sitting at home in a nice warm house with plenty of hot water as well. At this time we have a water pump issue, but someone will be here first thing in the AM to rectify this. Otherwise, no problem. I would surely recommend Boston Standard to anyone who needs this type of work done.
