Being a monthly paying member I called to schedule drain cleaning, they were prompt in scheduling and sending someone. Except, it turns out they are not really into drain cleaning and they do not have the right equipment. So I ended up paying diagnostics fee and got nothing in return. Nothing wrong with the plumber that showed up, the company does not know what they can do and do not. But they will charge you money no matter what.
