Boston Standard is a scam. In Sept I called to set up maintenance on a Navien. After clarifying twice that the deal included servicing Naviens, a tech came out in Oct and did not perform any work needed since the deal actually did not include Naviens. The office personnel apologized and still charged me full amount. (The tech also lied about the work performed and left behind a black sooted mess in my sink to clean.) The inaccurate information is their fault since I never would have used their services if I were told the truth at the time of my call.
