Tom Heck is terrific! He was scheduled for annual cleaning of my new (2021) Visemann boilers altho i had also twice last week requested service because i had no heat in my bedroom. It took 2 hours, but he expertly diagnosed the problem, tracked it down and FIXED IT! Didn’t have time to di the cleaning & that’s fine; the major problem has been solved.
