We are very disappointed with the service.
First, I called several times to schedule and confirm the arrival time. I was told it’s 8-9am and we’ll be the first one in the day. However, the arrival window was changed to 11am-noon without giving me any notice. Then they arrived around 1pm. I live in a condo and I had our maintenance guy start waiting from 8am. He needed to work several extra hours because of the delay and I need to pay for that.
Second, I was told I was charged half of the invoice when I scheduled the work. However, when I checked my credit card activity later, I was charged the full amount. I had to call them several times to get that sorted out and I was told it has been taken care of. Then when the work finished, I was told to pay another half price. I had to call them again to resolve this. If I missed checking my credit card activity, I would be charged 150% of the price…
Thirdly, when I got the quote, the technician was very specific that this work was going to take 8 hours and that was what the quote was based on. When I called to schedule the work, I was told immediately only 4 hours are needed, which makes me question the accuracy of the quote.
So overall, there are many steps that went wrong, which makes the whole process very disappointing.
