I was told the install would take 1.5 days and it took two full days. When they left the job on the 2nd day there was an open hole and huge mess of equipment, tools and trash left in my basement. The outside vents never had covers put on them. After I called they returned Tuesday, after being late, to complete the work. Since I had been a loyal customer from 2015 spending around $35000 with Boston Standard I asked for some kind of discount for this horrible experience and was told no. I will never use Boston Standard again.
