I had the pleasure of working with Leo Pesegoginski as my project manager to replace my old AC/furnace system with a hybrid heat pump and furnace system. Leo was so responsive and friendly — it was so nice to have someone who would explain how the system worked and what would be the most cost effective for me. He guided me every step of the way, from picking out the system to figuring out the Mass Save loan and rebate process, and finally to finishing the project. Okoya Lunford and his team were the folks who actually installed my system and they were so efficient and professional. I appreciated that they were willing to accommodate my schedule for me to do a final walkthrough before they closed my account. A special shout out to Frederick Rowe and Debra Simpson for helping me get over the finish line to complete my rebate process. They answered all my questions and emails in a prompt and polite manner. 10/10 would recommend!
