Boston Standard earned my business diagnosing a furnace problem that had stumped even the original installer. I’ve relied on them a few times over a couple years, for both furnace and AC. The technicians have all been excellent professionals, the dispatchers are all friendly and knowledgeable, and they have always been prompt in scheduling a visit when the need is urgent (like an AC failure right before the July 4th weekend). Unsurprisingly platinum-level service comes at a premium price— particularly their eye-watering markup for replacement parts —but I will continue to use them, and recommend them, for the peace of mind that comes from top-quality service being delivered quickly.
