We used them to get an electric heat system, we were told we would need gas when it dropped under 0 degrees. Instead the gas is on daily to keep the house above 60, and now we have high gas bills, high electric bills and an 30 k loan to pay off. When I call the company to ask what we can do no one calls me back. Borderline scam. May have to report to the AG.
Edited to add, they posted here that they would get back to me. Still no word. All PR, once they get thier money they clearly don’t care about the quality of the work.
