If I could I would give them a negative 100. Had someone come over the house to turn on my boiler which was fine a few days ago. He tells me it’s the thermostat and I didn’t but it and told him to leave as is. They left I tell a painter in my house to come look at it and we both thought it needed water. We got the water running and it was fixed. He was charging over 500 to fix the thermostat. Call ex the office to complain and Claudette was very matter of fact and I did not like that at all….you know the dishonesty and her reaction, so I called again and spoke to some emotionally unstable female that told me Ithat their techs are professional and well trained and I told her so well that the painter fixed the problem. She proceeded to go back and forth with me and I ended by telling her that Da Cruz, the tech, Claudette and the chic with the Brazilian accent and out of control should be fired. They do not have any people skills much less customer service. They all need ETHICS and customer service training. I signed a bunch of papers and paid but if I had done what I did while they were at the house I would not have signed and paid. Be careful and don’t lose sight of them if they service your home or business. Crooks!
