I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one because I could not believe how I was treated and to warn other people about dealing with that company. I had a thankless water heater for 12 years and suddenly it started to work properly. I called Boston standard and you told that the unit needs service and that will fix the problem Paid 523 dollars. A few days later the same error code and the problem. They came and placed a pump for 408 dollars and was told everything is fixed. Unfortunately few days later same problem. Called a different plumber who advised a new system and he replaced my old heater. Called to the owner and he hang up on me and refused to reimburse my money almost a 1000 dollars, The new system cost me 1500 dollars.
I had to let people know Bad business , very expensive and not friendly get a quote from somebody else. I feel very horrible writing this review but i felt compelled to share my experience
