A few weeks ago, I had reached out to Boston Standard to fix leaking around out heating unit. The technician spent hours trying to fix the problem . He discovered that the gasket’s were rusted. He was honest and said I could wait to see if the leaking stops after he cleaned the inside of the system. I have 2 different units and one was worse than another. I decided to replace them and thankfully I took the technician’s advice to have them replaced
He doubled check that my systems were working properly before leaving.
I appreciated his sense of detail and determination to fix the problem.
