Avoid. We had our HVAC system replaced and the whole installation was a mess. They said it would take 2-3 days. It took 6. Nobody was ever prepared or had the parts they needed. They made a huge mess, poked holes in our ceilings and ground rust into the hallway carpet, and it turned out they didn’t install it correctly. After less than a week the furnace failed. It would not turn off and we wasted about a month’s worth of gas in a few days. When they finally came to fix it I had to call the technician back from his van twice as he was trying to leave because he didn’t do what he was there to do (literally left duct work dangling from the furnace unattached). Now we’ve been without heat for a week and a half and they’re telling us it will be another 11 days before they can come back and replace a faulty wire. During the initial install they also had to move our hot water heater and whoever put it back did not finish the job. They don’t respond to messages or keep their word. The only good thing I will say is that every tech that has ever visited us has been nice.
