My heating system was getting old and tired and I decided to replace it. I contacted 4 companies, Atlantic Heat, Addario, Boston Standard and one more through Lowe’s. They showed up, took a look, and 3 out of 4 actually sent me a quote. Atlantic wouldn’t deal with combi system – which I wanted, Addario had quite a few negative reviews, MacFarlane Energy did not even bother with the quote, the guy who showed up, supposedly being a vice-president – that’s what his business card said – left with the statement – I wouldn’t put Navien heater in my dog’s house. He did not respond to my e-mails.
On the other hand, the representative from Boston Standard, Leo Pesegoginski, was very professional, very thorough, and impressed me as a person I could trust. So after all I decided to go for the offer from them.
I was not disappointed. They did a very good job in installation, cleaned up after the job was done, made sure everything works. The other important thing was that they helped me with arranging the financing of the project – something I would never figure out myself.
They are very responsive to e-mails and easy to contact.
I would strongly recommend this company for your heating and plumbing needs.
