Overall had a great experience. Very professional, responsive, and reliable. However, the initial scope of work included 2 zones which was a big factor in why we went with them, but then on first day of work, they said they couldn’t do 2 zones. That was very disappointing. I would have liked more consistency in the initial sales pitch with the actual work being done.
