My technician, Bill, was excellent. He was on time, professional, and immediately diagnosed the issue with our water heater. It was a faulty, recalled part that was covered by the manufacturer’s (Ruud) warranty. Bill knew about a program from the supply house to cover all the costs associated with the repair. He picked up the part and fixed it within a couple hours. We had hot water again after less than 24 hours. Will definitely call Boston Standard for any future issues.
