After showing up (on time) to repair a serious HVAC problem with water leaking near an electrical panel, they did a partial repair. When trying to book time for them to complete the repair, was told for DAYS (I checked back each day) that a coordinator would set it up. Five days later, still nothing. I have had to hire another HVAC company. I even told Boston Standard (2 days ago), please, if the repair is not something you can do, just tell me, so i can contract with another HVAC service co. Boston Standard said they could do it, but crickets. People on the phone were polite, but this is not an acceptable way to treat customers. What a waste of time. The only time I’ve heard back was this reminder request to rate their service, so here it is: Absolutely do NOT recommend using Boston Standard.

update: Incredibly, more than a WEEK later after writing this review, I STILL have not gotten a call back from the ‘coordinator,’ just another request to review them on-line. So it’s now been overTWO WEEKS and no response, after initially coming to start the job.
Good thing I already had the HVAC repaired by a reputable, professional provider.

Once again, I absolutely do NOT recommend using Boston Standard.
