Frank and his apprentice Kyle spent two days installing a new heat pump for me (heat and AC). They were polite, careful, and as clean as can be. The electrician that was supposed to come wire the unit could not make it on the last day of the installation which means I am without heat for two days but that isn’t the fault of Frank or Kyle. Hence the 4 starts. Boston Standard did leave me with space heaters free of charge. Still overall a relatively positive experience given the high price tag.
