I contacted Boston Standard Company regarding an issue with our sump pump, and could not be more pleased with their service. Their technician Ashlin Niles, came first for a diagnostic visit. He was very professional, knowlegeable, and courteous. He was also very responsive to our questions and concerns. He returned a few days later and completed the installation in a timely and efficient manner. I wish all companies had such great staff. I would highly recommend this company.
