Update: It has been three weeks and nobody from the company has reached out explaining whose signature is on the invoice. (I have reached out via email and phone message). I am not going to pay the invoice unless I get some answers.

The guys were on time and started to diagnose the issue without any delays. The problem was diagnosed and explained to me with a potential resolution.

While the team was leaving, I inquired about the price. I was advised that the price for the diagnosis and a quote for any future work needed will be provided via email. I just received the invoice and it appears that I signed the paperwork which I did not. I wonder whose signature is that because surely it does not say my name.

While I was scheduling the appointment, I was advised that the technician will quote me for the diagnosis before the work starts. Which again I did not receive.

A bit disappointed and the prices were not transparent at all. I wish I inquired about the price right at the door but I did not know how much time they would need before they would be able to provide me with a quote.
