The positive: They are very responsive, and came out each time we had our (repeating) problem.
The negative: After paying for a tune-up and getting a clean bill of health, we started having intermittent failure of our heat. We paid for the useless replacement of three components and for additional service calls before the actual problem was finally identified and fixed. (And one of the multiple service people actually correctly identified the problem relatively early on, but the one who came to follow up decided the diagnosis was wrong, leading to multiple dead ends and costs.) The total cost was about twice what a correct diagnosis and repair would have cost us if they had occurred at the beginning of our saga; and the company refused to make any adjustment.
