The tech who came out was fine, but when I requested a quote for a full AV system replacement, I was met with NO urgency. I ended up going with another company, that was able to come out within an hour of calling them. I was also out almost $500 for the tech to spend 15 minutes “diagnosing” the problem. He did no work at all. I’d recommend going with another vendor for your AC needs.
