Alex was great! Arrived on time, actually she was in my driveway when I got back from walking my dog. She came in came in reviewed the units, cleaned and changed a filter. I didn’t have many questions but. She did answer any I had. Respectful of the home, wore booties. I informed her about my dogs before she was fine with the dogs. Overall good experience.
