DO NOT USE! I paid $588 for annual maintenance on my Navien unit. There was a leak around an O-ring cause a small drip which made me make the initial call. The tech came to do the maintenance and give me a diagnoses. I was given two verbal quotes, 6k repair or 13k swap…nothing I can do on the 23rd of December. Before he finished, the leak turned into a major issue where he had to shut the water off completely. Now the unit has no heat and its 25 degrees outside…oh and he left. Great service. I will be disputing this and advise anyone to stay far away
Update due to their response:
The unit did need to be serviced which is why I agreed to 588. The drip needed to be diagnosed. The other companies said I needed a dual venteri, which did not have anything to do with the leak but regular maintenance. The tech came performed maintenance and then attempted to diagnose the drip, but instead broke the circulation pump more, someone else confirmed after, turned the water off and left. He only told us how to turn it on after I flipped out because why would you shut it off and attempt to leave when it’s 20 something degrees outside..anyway wouldn’t come back unless I paid either quote and for reference the one they gave me for 6k was done under 1k by another company. I stand by my statement do not use they are scam artists.
