We are very happy with our recent experience with and service received from BSC. Several of our LG ductless mini-splits were leaking (not installed by BSC), and we were desperate for some help during the recent heat wave. We called BSC on a Sunday and Erica was very nice on the phone and scheduled a diagnostic visit for us the next day. We are so thankful that they sent Daniel Delande, the HVAC technician, to our rescue. Not only does Daniel have 15+ years of experience, but he seems genuinely passionate about his work, about solving problems, and about helping people. He didn’t just take the problems at face value, but was very detailed in his analysis and identified issues that prior companies did not. He also patiently walked us through what he was seeing and explained the issues at hand. He outlined a proposal and quote of the repairs, and we were able to quickly schedule the repairs to be completed by Daniel two days later. He’s very diligent and conscientious, and it’s clear he takes pride in his integrity and in doing a good job. The majority of our mini-splits are doing pretty well at the moment, except for one that is still leaking (unrelated to and outside of the scope of BSC, though Daniel helped us identify the issue) that we will need to address elsewhere.
