I called Wednesday because my heat stopped working. They came out to assess the issue within the 8-12 pm window. They didn’t have the parts so they said they would come back once they picked up the parts. So far so good.
On Friday they called and texted at 11am saying they could come by at 12. With very little advance notice I could not make it home in time. Called them back and they told me they could come between 8-9am on Saturday. They didn’t show during this window They didn’t give me any updates regarding running late. I called and was told they would be at my place soon. 12 pm rolls around and I call again. They say they are really busy and weather was bad but I was on their schedule for service. So why give me one of your first appointments and then put me behind others. I was told a technician would call when they were on their way. They never called or showed up.
I called on Sunday to see what happened. Just said really busy and weather issues. They told me they had me scheduled for Monday 12-4. I called around 12 because one of my pipes was leaking which may have been due to having no heat for days. I was told they should be there between 1 and 3. Ok. Guess what they never showed, called or texted. I hired a plumber to fix the pipe and they did it within 1 hour of contacting them.
I have no clue if they are planning to try to come again but I’ve given up. My plumber or one of his heating contacts is going to come tomorrow and fix. Btw it will be fixed at a fraction of what I was quoted.
Communication and reliability are really poor. They didn’t seem to appreciate that I had no heat for days.
