We got an estimate which was extremely informational and helped us understand the various approaches. Josh is completely open to all questions and honest, not a pushy salesman, which we appreciate. In another call for service, we have an older furnace that needed parts, after 3 visits (different guys each time) we have it fixed (!) after a week without heat. I think the technicians, parts & office need to get on the same page a bit more, as the office was not clear whether or not it was running before the last visit, which it was not.
