We’ve been using Boston Standard since we moved into our new home this past spring. We ended up with a lot of unexpected work that needed to be done. While the time to get a service tech was sometimes a little longer than I hoped, each time they’ve come out, they’ve been friendly, efficient, and explained the problems clearly.
Josh (our normal service guy) and Linda (a customer service team member) have been exceptional. I was even questioning the volume of work at one point and quickly got a call directly from the general manager who sent someone out to check up on things.
Sometimes I trust contractors too much and it bites me. After my most recent experience, I’ll definitely continue to use Boston Standard.
