We just had our 60+ year old (very tired) furnace removed and a heat pump installed in its place, and I can’t recommend Boston Standard enough for guiding us through this process. They were extremely thorough and professional in every interaction, from Josh coming over to our house to patiently and helpfully walk us through best options for our situation, to Fred helping us out in the office with clear communication, to Imara and Terrence (the dream team!) doing two days of extremely hard work (one day in the pouring rain) to make the installation of the new heat pump and the difficult removal of the old furnace unit a reality. Every person we interacted with was not only knowledgable, but intent on being sure that their work was the best it could be. Additionally, we were grateful to the entire team for their senses of humor and work ethic throughout the process. Boston Standard made a homeownership decision that was unknown and intimidating at the start something that we were proud to have happen at our little house at the finish. We’re deeply grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done with care and expertise.
