During routine maintenance I mentioned to Carlos some concerns I had about our basement bathroom- he jumped right on it to let his project manager know by taking some pictures of the ceiling and we will get some follow up on it very soon! It’s so nice to be able to have a quick check-in with an expert. Very happy with Boston Standard (the gold standard IMO)
