Boston Standard sent a wonderful team of Renato and Ledi to troubleshoot an issue with our air source heat pump. We were very pleased with their persistence to explore, analyze, and come up with a plan towards correction of our situation. The issue had to do with some difficult house structures and air flow. They were wonderful! I cannot express how happy we were with Boston Standard/NE Ductless as they worked long and hard to solve this issue.
