From the initial contact to completed service Boston Standard was 100% professional. I’d been working with another service company that went out of biz. A tankless water heater the initial company installed wasn’t able to provide HW to one of our showers. The other company had diagnosed a problem with the WH and was suggesting hefty repair and replacement. Boston Standard techs came in and diagnosed a faulty shower head and replaced the innards of the faucet. Voila hot water!! The techs arrived wearing masks, gloves and booties and never removed them during service. They worked clean, quickly and respectfully in our home and I thought the price was fair. They were also very clear and communicative from start to finish. I received texts confirming service as well as a courtesy call 15 min before arrival. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BSC.
