My heater stopped working the Sunday before thanksgiving, jeopardizing my flight to go see family for the holiday. I called several places whose websites claimed “24-7 emergency HVAC service” but got nowhere. Finally called Boston standard – Emily answered right away (without even a computer menu!) and really helped get someone out to my house right away. Chris came shortly thereafter and fixed the heater. I asked him lots of questions and he walked me through everything he did, and I made my flight. I will gladly work with Boston standard again!
