Paid $200 for them to come out and diagnose problem and not actually fix anything. Called them back out about the same problem and they never bothered to return my calls.
Update: Owner contacted me right away and apologized for the service miscommunication. I very much appreciated his attentiveness and understanding of my frustration. I will be trying them again when I have a plumbing issue.
