Boston Standard/New England Ductless just finished installing our Heat Pump system. They did a great job. Our project manager, Nolan Turner, stayed right on top of things. He had excellent command of all of the details. He was always instantly available when problems (which were very few) arose, and correctly them quickly. Installation was right on time with minimal disruption. Everyone involved was very professional and competent. Frankly, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The system is now up and running flawlessly.
