Had a positive experience with Boston Standard for routine maintenance on my heating system. Prescott, the technician, was excellent and took time to explain everything he was doing. My heating system is quite old so I was pleasantly surprised when there was only one part recommended to be replaced. Years ago, a different company had told me the entire system would need to be replaced immediately due to its age, so I’m glad I ignored them and have since switched to Boston Standard. My heating system has been working fine since, and hopefully will get a couple more years out of it after Prescott replaced the part the following day after the maintenance appointment. He was again very professional, timely, and extremely transparent with everything he was doing. Thanks, Prescott!
