This post is specifically for the initial consult conversation. I haven’t had the service done yet but I have no doubt it will be great (will update if not). I called and spoke to Ellie B about a tune up for my water heater and furnace. I know nothing about HVAC – I’m your typical call your dad and let him handle everything type of girl- but decided to jump in on my own on this one. Ellie explained everything to me perfectly. She was kind and non judgmental with my amateur questions and even made me laugh a few times. 10/10 customer service. Give this girl a raise
