Been a customer for years… no longer. Being a preferred customer (which you pay for monthly $20) they provide an annual HVAC heating service/maintenance which I booked more than a month ago, which was scheduled in a window of noon – 4pm, and planned my work schedule around. They called at 3pm (after I had been speaking to them all day) saying they could not access the roof because it was raining. They clearly couldn’t be bothered. Atrocious customer service. When I called back, irritated, to cancel my membership they said “Sure, I can help you with that.”
