We had a home protection plan with BSC (just canceled due to poor service). In a 90F day this summer, our HVAC broke down. 2 guys from BSC assessed the unit had to be replaced. They were supposed to get me a quote, but never called back for a follow-up. In addition, the accounting office is a mess–they are billing me for a balance from 11 months ago!!
