I’ve had my home for over 36 years, used many different plumbing/HVAC companies, Boston Standard by far is the best. Every job Boston Standard has done in my multi family house has been easy to schedule, they show up on time, are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and you know they are going to take care as if it was their own home.
They came this time to repair a shower faucet that broke and the water was running. It’s and old after thought shower on a claw bathtub. I called on Tuesday and they came the next day an actually an hour earlier than scheduled which was great! I received a call and a text message that Kai W was on his way. Then Kai called me and gave me the 20 minute eta. He and Brian arrived, put booties on their shoes and worked on that faucet for a few hours. They were very professional, friendly and efficient.
