The previous owner installed the boiler to our rental unit with no drain, vent, or skim. Boston Standard has put all these on so that we can properly maintain the boiler. When the time comes, we may switch over to an air source heat pump as we did for our own unit already with Boston Standard. The call will be to Boston Standard although hopefully now despite its rough beginnings the rental boiler will now last a bit longer thanks to the work Boston Standard has done.
