The techs were awesome , however the business practices leave much to be desired. A 2 hour job costing 2500$ is beyond ridiculous with the office sending wrong parts for two scheduled visits but I guess as a home owner you get bent over in many ways , so nothing new. However I would have expected that the charges should be in line with the hours spent rather than taking advantage of the situation when someone does not have hot water.
