Not the best experience. Waiting on hold when you call in is annoying. Too many messages with “Did You Know”
Service once you reach someone is good. Interesting to note that if you hang up before speaking to someone they will still call you back… Mixed feelings on that.
Fast turnaround in setting up an appt. Technician arrived early – was going to give quote and do the work if I approved. While I was floored by the quote, I would have gone ahead except the technician said that he couldn’t do the work that day. He said it would take 6 hours and and he needed to get parts…
Hearing that as well as the price, I called my local plumber who showed up the next day. He did the work in less than 3 hours at a fraction of the price….
